Overall, my experience was pleasant, but there was a small issue that I encountered upon my arrival, which I believe needs your attention. Firstly, I would like to commend your staff for their friendly and helpful demeanor during my stay. The service provided was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my time at your establishment.

The Hotel had a massive back up of unexpected guests & check in process took well over 2 hours. HOWEVER, Staff was unbelievably incredible! The manager Don & staff took care of their clients while waiting in line with drinks etc etc, I was completely impressed with this entire staff! KUDOS! You all (including the bartender, etc, etc, etc, )had massive STRESS and handled it like a SEASONED BOSS!

The location was perfect for us since we were visiting Emory College. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and elegant. We were able to have our meals at the hotel and the food was delicious. Our beds and pillows were so comfortable it was like being at home.

I loved the employee very friendly and assertive, everything was clean never went into a room were it smelt like clean bleach sanitized where you know it’s clean first thing I noticed when I walked in. Overall I would definitely recommend.
